Exceptional staff made a difference

The staff truly exceeded expectations, particularly Jennifer at the restaurant, who radiated warmth and friendliness. The location was fantastic, with a lovely outdoor fire pit available for evenings.

The coffee machine didn’t work during the entire stay, which was disappointing. Furthermore, the lack of daily housekeeping left the room feeling a bit neglected.

I stayed in the Standard King Room for one night. The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the different pillow options—it made my sleep so much better. The lighting in the room was designed well, which added a nice touch to the atmosphere. Everything was clean, and the Dove toiletries were a pleasant surprise. Just wished there weren't any weird charges I had to deal with at check-in and check-out. That was a bit frustrating.
